What I Learned Today

I can speak for 90+ minutes to 20-30 people no problem.

What we do here in our house as our normal or average day in a 24 hour period is a lot.

Like 6 pages of notes, a lot.  Like people saying "wow" a lot.

I learned about myself.
I am more organized than I give myself credit for.
I am more capable than I think I am.
I do more than I think I do.

My sacred things are small things.   Small moments.  People.  Songs.  The feeling I get when I write just the right words to say the thing I'm trying to say.

Our normal is completely unique and specific to us.

I like our normal.  A lot.
